Your activity, your choice.
The planned app will let you review your own imported Instagram activity, then choose whether to contribute it to a game. Supported categories and the transfer provider will be explained before you authorize anything.

Friends will join a game and guess who liked the post or Reel shown in each round. Multiplayer play is planned and is not available yet.
Somebody’s getting busted.
The answer will reveal the player associated with that like to the people in the room. Only join with people you’re comfortable sharing that activity with.

Joining the waitlist shares no Instagram data.
It only sends us the email you choose to write. This website does not connect to Instagram, request an export, or upload your activity.
Sharing in a game will be a separate choice.
Likes can say a lot about you. Before gameplay, the app will need to explain what other players can see and ask for your permission. Other players may copy or record what they see.
We’re developing user-authorized imports. Availability depends on platform access and approval; joining the waitlist does not enable a connection.
Before you get busted.
Can I download Busted now?
Not yet. Busted is in development. The current prototype explores importing and reviewing a user’s own liked and saved Instagram posts, including Reels. The multiplayer game and live transfer integration are not available to the public.
Will Busted ask for my Instagram password?
No. We are working toward an authorized transfer flow. The app will explain the source, provider, and categories of data before any transfer. We do not ask you to email a password or an Instagram export.
Can friends see my whole Instagram account?
The planned game is about activity you choose to contribute, not access to your Instagram account. It will reveal the activity used in a round to the people playing with you. A private Instagram account will not hide activity you choose to share in Busted.
What about saved posts?
The prototype can review liked and saved post records. Using saved posts in a future game would need its own explanation and your permission; we do not treat saved posts as likes.
How do I report an issue or request deletion?
